The Rada Cutlery R200 Fillet Knife is a great addition to any fisherman’s tackle box.  This flexible knife will make filleting and boning fish much easier.  You’ll be able to prepare your “catch of the day” faster when using this knife. The grip on the fillet knife is made from black rubber and feels comfortable and secure in your hand.  It is designed to be non-slip so you can safely use this knife, even in the wettest environments. The blade on this fish filet knife measures 7-1/8 inches and has an overall length of 12-1/4 inches.  It is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened for a razor sharp edge. The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. This knife can also be used for cutting meat away from the bones.  This fish fillet knife includes a black leather scabbard enabling you to safely store or carry the fillet knife on your belt.  It has a clip at the top that securely locks the handle in place.
