This adjustable stem mount is designed for high-rise stems, mountain biking, or triathlon use -basically, any time your stem is short-ish, and you might need a bit of an angle to clear the bars. The adjustability is particularly helpful if you run one of the larger Garmin computers. The Stem Mount takes the place of your top headset spacer, and has a small bolt to fix the angle.
